The Search

A panoramic abstract canvas print in black and white. Its bold, gestural sweep energises a boardroom, corridor or wide living-room wall, giving the space movement without noise.

Visual Presence

Sweeping black brushstrokes curve and circle around pale grey-white forms, with warm taupe and charcoal passages grounding the composition. Built in an earthy palette of black, bone, tan and grey, the work carries the raw confidence of mid-century abstraction — motion caught mid-stroke.

About the Art

The dark gesture almost closes into an enso-like loop, energetic and searching, never quite resolving — and the title names exactly that suspended state. Leaving the circle open keeps the painting alive: the stroke is still travelling, and the viewer completes the movement each time they look.
