How does the volume discount work?
Discounts start from your second piece and increase with project size. From 6+ pieces in a calendar year, you move to our generous trade tier. Specific tier thresholds are shared on approval.
Do you publish trade pricing?
No. Per-project quotes in writing within 24 hours of approval. Wholesale rates aren't published — it protects your client-facing margins.
How long does trade approval take?
48 business hours. We verify ABN, firm website, and typical project scale.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment upfront on order confirmation — same terms for trade as retail. No deferred billing.
Can I order samples or visit the studio?
Yes. Email summer@wallliberation.com.au to request a sample pack.
Do you do site installations?
Not directly. We supply ready-to-hang framed work with installation hardware and instructions.
Do you accept international trade accounts?
Yes for rolled freight (unframed canvas + paper).
