Trade Program

Wall Liberation works with the design trade — interior designers, architects, hospitality buyers, art consultants, and registered design firms — through a published, transparent program with no negotiation cycle.

One contact. One delivery date. One studio responsible. Most artists subcontract printing, framing, and shipping to three or four vendors. We run all of it in-house. Originals, signed limited editions, large-format reproductions, custom commissions, and architectural-scale wall murals — produced in our Melbourne studio, framed in Australia, rolled worldwide.

Published trade discount

Verified trade and advisor accounts get an automatic discount on retail. Three tiers:

  • Trade Welcome — 10% on originals and framed limited editions. Active design business with verified portfolio + ABN.
  • Trade Plus — 20% after one placed piece OR commitment to 3+ pieces.
  • Studio Partner — 25% with annual agreement, 6+ placements/year. Includes Studio Loan Program and quarterly clearance digest.

Bulk: +5% additional on 5+ pieces in one transaction, +10% on 10+ pieces. Stacks with the trade tier.

GST inclusive. Trade discount stacks on rolled, stretched, or oak-framed format pricing. Stretching and framing add-ons are not further discounted.

Project Guarantee — backed by 10% credit

If we miss a confirmed install date by more than 5 business days for reasons within our control, we credit 10% of the project value back to the client. Written into the contract. The structural advantage of running painting and production under one roof — and the only commitment of its kind we are aware of in the Australian art trade.

Studio Loan Program (Studio Partner tier)

Registered design and architecture practices can borrow certain framed work for display in their studio. Enqire for more information.

Hospitality Pilot Pack

A pre-curated selection of 10 open-edition pieces, framed, sized for a single hotel floor or a single guest-room category. Fixed price, four-week delivery, no commitment to roll out. If the property rolls out across multiple floors after the pilot, the pilot price is credited 50% against the larger order.

Designed for hotel groups and hospitality designers evaluating large-scale rollout without the full commitment upfront.

Custom Print + Frame + Commission Services

For trade clients who need more than off-the-shelf artwork:

  • Custom Print + Frame Service — bring your own image, we print + frame at architectural scale (80–600 cm). Same archival materials as our limited editions. 
  • Art Commission & Custom Design — bespoke originals, color modification of existing limited editions ($250 service), digital design, architectural wall murals. 

Open Editions Co-Publishing

For designers and contemporary artists who want their own work distributed at architectural scale through Wall Liberation. Production, fulfilment, and trade distribution handled in-house. Standard split: 30% to the artist on net. Three-year term, renewable. Portfolio review required.

Trade Clearance Access

Studio Partner and Trade Plus tiers receive a quarterly digest of pieces available at up to 80% off retail — retired editions, discontinued sizes, end-of-series open editions. A relationship-tier benefit, not advertised publicly. Public clearance page →

How a project moves

  1. Brief — wall dimensions, palette direction, deadline. Response within one business day.
  2. Production — 1–2 weeks for existing works, 3–4 weeks for new commissions.
  3. Delivery — insured AU door-to-door; international rolled, insured.

Over 3,000 oversize pieces produced since 2015 across the practice. Most studio work is unpublished. Project references and testimonials available on request.

At the consultation stage, we work with you to understand your vision and the feeling you want your art to evoke. We listen to your inspiration and provide guidance and suggestions to bring your ideas to life in the most impactful way. Whether it's through a phone call or Zoom meeting.

Step 2: Concept Creation

We'll create a digital demo using your concept and our expertise to bring your vision to life. You'll receive multiple digital images to choose from, allowing you to pick the best representation of your vision.

Step 3: Revisions

Step 3

Based on the selected concept of thelast step, you will have the opportunity to make revisions and refine the concept of your custom art. During this step, we will work with you to ensure every detail is just right.

Step 4: Vision Actualisation

Step 4

We bring your custom art vision to life by producing it in the desired format. Choose from digital art, printed on various materials, or hand-painted using watercolor, oil, or acrylic. For hand-painted works, we guarantee a final product that is 95% true to the original digital concept.
