- We respond within 1–2 business days with direction, scope, and quote. Slot availability is confirmed before deposit.
- 50% deposit confirms the slot. Non-refundable — the deposit covers design time committed once work starts.
- Concept proof delivered for approval — typically 1–2 weeks depending on scope. Up to two rounds of refinement included.
- Approved design goes straight to production via Custom Canvas Print & Frame · Online or Quotation — printing & framing quoted at your chosen size and finish.
- Production 2 weeks. Free insured Australia-wide delivery; international rolled freight quoted per destination.
Pricing
Pricing scales with scope and complexity. Single-design briefs typically from AU$1,000. Branded multi-panel programs and hospitality fit-outs are quoted per project.
Printing & framing are quoted separately at your chosen size and finish. Trade discount applies to verified trade accounts.

How is this different from a Painting Commission?
Painting Commission is hand-painted in our studio on linen canvas — premium, one-of-one, 4–8 weeks to paint. Digital Art Design is created digitally, then printed and framed — faster turnaround, lower entry price, and scalable to multi-panel programs. Pick painting for the hand-of-the-artist; pick digital for project flexibility, brand integration, or scale.
What kind of digital work do you produce?
Branded compositions, abstract / gradient / colour-field, photographic composites, multi-panel and repeating designs, stylised illustration, and photo-to-digital-painting conversions. The brief drives the direction — send references and we'll confirm if it's in scope.
Do I receive the digital file?
No. The print-ready file (300 dpi at the target print size, colour-managed) goes only into Wall Liberation's printing & framing pipeline. This protects the design's reproduction rights and guarantees professional-grade output. If you'd like to take the file elsewhere, that's quoted as a separate buy-out at the brief stage.
How long does it take?
Quote: 1–2 business days after the brief lands.
Concept proof: 1–2 weeks after deposit, depending on scope.
Revisions: 1 week per round (two rounds included).
Printing & framing: 2 weeks after design approval.
End-to-end typically 5–7 weeks from brief approval.How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of refinement on the concept proof are included. Further rounds are quoted on file. Clear briefs (palette references, hex codes, specific dimensions, moodboards) typically land within the included rounds.
What's the deposit and refund policy?
50% deposit confirms your slot and starts the design work. The deposit is non-refundable — it covers the design time committed once work begins. Balance is due on design completion before the file moves to printing.
Can I commission a design tied to my brand?
Yes — branded colour integration is standard for hospitality and corporate clients. Send brand palette (hex codes), logo, brand guidelines, and any visual direction. Trade pricing applies on verified accounts.
Can the design be split across multiple panels?
Yes. Multi-panel design is common for oversize walls (lobby, function space, hospitality corridor). The design is composed as a connected composition that aligns across panels, then each panel is printed and framed individually.
What sizes can the design be printed at?
From 80 × 80 cm to 600 cm on the long edge as single piece, or up to 6 metres as multi-panel. Final size and finish (rolled / stretched / oak-framed) is selected when you proceed to printing.
Can I license the design for other uses?
The base price covers print production through our pipeline only. Commercial licensing (advertising, branded merchandise, web/social use, hospitality re-use across locations) is quoted separately at the brief stage. Buy-out of full reproduction rights is also available.
