1. What is the turnaround time?

Framed artwork: ~3 weeks door-to-door in major AU cities (2 wks production + 1–4 day shipping). Rolled/unframed prints: 1–2 weeks total. Add 2 days for QLD, WA, or regional addresses. Every order is insured and tracked — you'll get the tracking link by email when it ships.

2. What are the requirements for printing my own artwork?

Send us your image at the highest resolution you have — ideally 300 DPI at intended print size. We include a free image enhancement to 300 DPI on every Custom Print order. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, PDF. Max file size 20 MB; if larger, share via WeTransfer or Dropbox.

3. What is the maximum size you print?

Rolled: up to 3.2 m wide × unlimited length. Standard couriers ship up to 2.2 m on the short end; for anything longer than 2.2 m on the short end we arrange special freight on request. Framed: max single panel 2 × 3 m; larger artworks come as multi-panel sets (2pc, 4pc) — each panel ships safely, full artwork installs at full scale.

4. How do you ship, is it insured, and how can I track?

All AU orders ship free with insured tracked couriers. You'll get an email with tracking once dispatched. If any damage occurs in transit we cover it — no hassle, just send photos within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund.

5. Do you offer discounts? How about a trade account?

Yes — interior designers, architects, hospitality, and retail buyers qualify for our Trade Program: tiered pricing, priority production, dedicated account support. For one-off bulk orders (10+ pieces), quote via Bulk Print.

6. Can you edit the color and proportion of the artwork?

Yes. We offer up to 3 colour swaps + 1 digital layout edit before printing as a $98 fixed-fee service. You get a digital proof within 2 days and one revision round. Add it to your Custom Print order or order standalone via Colour & Layout Editing.

7. Do you offer custom sizes for all your artwork?

Yes. Every artwork can be custom-sized to fit your space — choose any combination of width × height where each side is one of: 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 200, 240, or 300 cm. For non-standard sizes outside this range, request a Custom Quotation.

8. What is your return policy?

If your product arrives with a quality defect, contact us within 7 days at summer@wallliberation.com.au with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable for change of mind. Full details: Refund Policy.

9. Do you offer installation services for the artwork?

We don't provide in-person hanging, but we sell a purpose-built Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Installation Kit for large artwork — designed for canvases up to 6 metres. Includes everything needed for precise, secure hanging.

10. Can I request a painting to be done, or a custom digital design?

Yes, two paths: Original Painting Commission by Summer Jiang on canvas, 1–6 m, from AU$7,000, 4–8 wks. Custom Digital Design for printing, from AU$1,000, 1–2 wks.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — rolled Giclée prints ship internationally via Global Rolled Shipping. UK, US, EU, Asia all covered. Quote on request. Framed canvases stay AU-domestic (oversize crating doesn't ship economically overseas).

12. Can you design or source a similar artwork based on my request?

Yes. Source the Art Image ($49, refundable if no match): we search our 5,000+ studio database for similar work. No match → Custom Digital Design team builds it from scratch (from AU$1,000).

13. How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email automatically once your order ships. If you can't find it, send us your order number and email at summer@wallliberation.com.au and we'll check the status for you.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay for interest-free instalments. Direct deposit also accepted.

15. What is the difference between Limited Edition and Open Edition?

Limited Edition: hand-signed by Summer Jiang, run of 49 numbered copies, comes with certificate of authenticity. Investment-grade. Open Edition: unsigned, printed on demand, no edition cap — same museum-grade canvas, faster turnaround, more accessible price point. Both can be ordered in any standard size.

16. Do you print on materials other than canvas?

Yes — museum-grade paper, silk, rice paper, linen, burlap, and mural-scale wallpaper up to 3.2 m wide. 23 substrates total. See Bulk Print.

17. Can I see a sample before ordering?

For Custom Print orders over $1,000, we can post a small material sample on request — write to summer@wallliberation.com.au with your colour/size needs.

18. How thick are the frames?

Stretched canvas: 4.2 cm deep, sits flush. Oak floating frame (Natural / Black / White): 5.5 cm deep, 1 cm profile, 5 mm gap from canvas — adds 3 cm to the artwork size (1.5 cm each side). Rolled prints: no frame, ship in a tube.

19. What canvas weight do you print on?

380g Premium Linen Canvas is standard. For pieces over 300 cm we offer 320g Professional Canvas for tighter stretch and easier shipping. Both are archival-grade canvas printed with pigment inks.

20. What does framing cost?

Framing is included in our Custom Print & Frame product price — the price you see on the product page updates live as you select size + frame type. For custom sizes outside our standard ladder, request a Custom Print & Frame Quotation.

21. What is the quality of your canvas prints?

Giclée prints on 380g Premium Linen Canvas — same archival-grade canvas used by museums and galleries. Printed at 300 DPI with archival pigment inks. Stretched on solid pine bars with corner reinforcement. Every piece hand-inspected before shipping.

22. Can you offer fast delivery?

It depends — fast delivery is case-by-case based on courier and special freight availability for your size and destination. Email your deadline to summer@wallliberation.com.au and we'll quote what's possible.

23. How do I care for the canvas?

The canvas is mould-resistant and UV-protected. To clean, gently dust the surface with a damp cloth or soft cloth — avoid hard scrubbing or abrasive wiping. Low-maintenance overall.
