How does it work after I submit?
1. We receive your file or Art #.
2. We check the file is print-ready at 300 dpi — if not, we enhance it for you at no charge.
3. We reply with an invoice.
4. Once paid, production begins.
5. Finished work ships insured to your address.When should I use this page vs ordering direct?
Two direct-order options cover standard cases:
1. Custom Print & Frame · Online — your own file at any standard size (80–600 cm long edge, fixed pricing, no quote).
2. Each online collection artwork page — that artwork at the sizes listed on its product page.
Use this Quotation page when: your size, split, or quantity isn't listed; OR you want an artwork from our online collections in a size not listed on its page; OR you need trade-account pricing.How long from quote to delivery?
Quote within 1–2 business days. After invoice is paid: rolled prints 1–2 weeks production, stretched or framed 2–3 weeks. Add insured shipping time on top.
An artwork from your online collections at a custom size — same quality and edition as the listed sizes?
Yes. Same archival materials, same colour-managed print process, same studio. For Limited Edition artworks, the custom size counts within the edition's total and receives the same numbered Certificate of Authenticity as the listed sizes.
What's the largest size you can produce?
Single panel up to 2 × 3 m on linen canvas. Multi-panel formats beyond 6 m on the long edge.
What file specs do I need? (your own file)
Highest resolution possible. If your file isn't print-ready, we'll enhance it for you at no charge. Any common file type is OK — TIFF, PSD, JPG, PNG, PDF, HEIC.
Colour accuracy — will the print match what I see?
Colour-managed end-to-end on calibrated equipment. Digital proof matches final print within ΔE ~2.
Refunds and returns on custom orders?
Custom print & frame is made-to-order and non-refundable once production begins. Quality issues or shipping damage on arrival → free replacement or full refund.
Trade pricing?
Tiered discount based on account level. Apply through the Trade Program; rate is applied once approved.
Delivery, insurance, and international shipping?
Insured Australia-wide shipping with signature on delivery — included in the quote. International rolled freight via specialist art carrier, quoted per destination — see Global Rolled Shipping.
